Return Process

  Log into your Ali Specials account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a printable shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
